Suggest a better descriptionMelt 2 T of butter in skillet, add onions, and cook until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook approximately 5 minutes.
Melt remaining butter in another pan. Add meat and salt and brown in pan. Add flour to fat in skillet. Blend well. Add bullion and sour cream gradually and cook until thick. Add the onion mixture, worschestershire sauce and kitchen bouquet to meat mixture. Mix well and pour into casserole dish and bake covered until meat is tender (or just continue cooking covered in pan on stove).
