Cubed round steak, mushroom soup, and sour cream
Dice a medium onion and cut the round steak into 1 inch cubes and brown both in a skillet large enough to add all other ingredients later to simmer. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and enough water to cover the meat. Place lid on skillet and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionaly. Mix 1/3 cup flour with enough water to make a slurry. Add to meat mixture and stir. Add sour cream and mix. Let simmer 15 minutes longer to thicken. Bake a potato or prepare egg noodles for a base and spoon on stroganoff.
