Preheat oven to 275
spray Pam or rub a little oil or butter in pan
add can of mushroom soup
add dry onion mix
add 1 Cup of 7up
MIX WELL - don't stir
Cover & cook for 3 1/2 hours
After cooking, let sit 20-30 min
While meat is sitting, prepare Minute rice as directed on package
Pour meat & gravy over rice (can substitute noodles instead of rice)
Gravy comes from meat pan
