Quick weeknight meal
1. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into very thin slices. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
2. Saute ginger in hot oil over high heat for 2 min. Add garlic & saute for 30 sec.
3. Add beef, cook 2 min stirring constantly. Stir in soy sauce. Mix together the beef broth and corn starch until smooth. Pour over beef, cook stirring constantly for 1 min or until mixture is thick. Add green onion and cook 1 min. Serve over cooked rice.
