A tasty twist to the normal meatball dinner. This will serve 4-6 people. Add a quick salad and some corn and you have a really nice dinner. You can even make the meatballs ahead of time and freeze them for a quick meal.
Preheat oven to 425.
Need a 9x13 Glass baking dish.
Mix:
In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT the Mushroom Sauce. (The Mushroom sauce will be added later.)
Form into 2” balls and place in the baking dish. Spread them out to fill the dish and allow the heat to circulate around them.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a safe heat resistant surface. Remove the meat balls from the baking dish so that the grease can be drained. After the grease has been removed, place the Meat Balls back in the baking dish and cover them evenly with the Mushroom Sauce.
Reduce the Oven Temperature to 350.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and enjoy.
I served it with a side of Corn and a salad. Also had some stuffed celery (some with cream cheese and others with peanut butter)
I will submit a picture the next time I make it.
