In a medium skillet cook the ground beef and onion until browned; drain off fat.
Add the ? cup of water, soup, Worcestershire, shredded cheddar cheese and cooked macaroni; heat through.
Serve immediately and add more shredded cheddar cheese to top, if desired.
I sometimes also add a can of sweet corn or Mexicorn to the recipe with the other ingredients for a little added flavor and Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup for lower sodium content.
