3/4 c beer; Flat
2/3 c Flour
1 Egg yolk; beaten
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt

Original recipe makes 1



Combine dry ingredients & set aside. Beat egg yolk & slowly add beer. Gradually add this to dry mixture. Moisten chicken. Dip in seasoned flour then dip in batter. Dip in seasoned flour again. Fry. this recipe was good but needed a little spice ti it i would cook this again but i would add a little more love :)
