slice onions to desired thickness. Dust lightly with flour. To prepare batter take pancake mix and add creole seasoning and garlic powder. Add beer to mix until mixture is slightly thin. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Once oil is heated dip floured onions into batter and drop into oil turning after 2 mins per side. Take out when golden brown. Sprinkle with creole seasoning. Enjoy!
