Omitted lemon and used on chicken strips.

Batter was great. For the fish, I used cod cut on the diagonal (important in getting the cod flaky) and dusted with seasoned flour (added a little cayenne pepper and Old Bay) BEFORE dipping in batter, it just makes sense. This will be my go to recipe. With the leftover batter, I made onion rings.

I made this recipe last night my family loved it. My daughter ate all her fish and left the fries. Now when a kid dosen't eat fries the dinner must be good. I can't wait to try another recipe. It was great.
