Beef + Beer = Win
Slice onions and chop potatoes into cubes. Cut Carrots into 1/2 inch slices.
Pour beer into a slow cooker. Add Bullion, potatoes, carrots and onions.
Salt and pepper rub on beef
Place beef in slow cooker and cook covered 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low until tender and slices with a fork.
