"This is one of my favorite dip recipes! It is a must have at any get-together, party, shower, ect... We don't even go camping with out a batch!! My recipe uses a whole bottle of beer though (minus a swig or two:) but everything else is the same! Great to see it on here! "

16 ounces Cream cheese; softened
3/4 cup Beer, light
1 package Dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
8 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 Scallions; chopped

Original recipe makes 12



Mix all together and chill. Serve with preszels or pretzel chips

Very Good dip I also made it as a hot dip and added some milk to it It really does take out some of the salty taste thanks

Love it! Very tasty and always have requests for recipe. Last time I made it used 2 ranch by accident and liked extra flavor it added

I make mine a hot dip.a little salty so i added milk to loosen and cut down the saltymess.
