Suggest a better descriptionBoil beets until tender. Drain and set aside until cool enough to handle. Remove skins from beets and cut into thin wedges. Place beets , onion, sugar and vinegar in a bowl and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just prior to serving add dill and toss to combine.
