Breakfast or desert waffle

"Descent waffles I just used this recipe because I was out of cornstarch. It's good and extremely filling but I have seen better and will probably pick up some cornstarch and use a different recipe when I make waffles again."

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tbls baking powder
1 tbls sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 Eggs
8 tbls butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Original recipe makes 6

Servings  

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt

In a separate bowl add eggs, butter (melted) and milk

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients

Gentle whisk together until - like cake or muffin batter consistency

My whole family enjoy these waffles. I add fruit like strawberries or blueberries to the mix and they are even yummier. The 8 Tbsp of butter equals 1/2C.
