This is a wonderful fluffy fruit dip with a burst of berry flavor! I always serve this with a big assortment of fruits skewered on kabob skewers. It also makes a great shortcake dessert: just spread the mixture on a shortcake then top with berries... instant dreamy dessert! I have even used it to spread on french toast or pancakes in the morning and top with berries!!
1) Place the cream cheese in a microwave safe mixing bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
2) Beat in the marshmallow creme with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth. Mix in the yogurt by hand to desired consistency. (I use the whole container but some people prefer a firmer dip; if so use less)
3) Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
** You can try endless combinations of cream cheese and yogurt flavors so be creative!!
