This smoothie has a nice mix of berries and is very refreshing.

"This is really nice, although I did sieve mine cause there were too much seeds. And if you add a little raspberry syrup is bliss!"

Ingredients

2 cups Skim milk
1 Banana; sliced
1/3 pound Frozen blueberries
1/3 pound Frozen strawberries
1/3 pound Frozen raspberries
-- GARNISH --
1 Fresh strawberry

Original recipe makes 2

Servings  

Preparation

Pour the milk, sliced banana and frozen berries into a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

Lovely! This was smooth, cool and nutritious. I added 2 tsp of ground flax seeds for some extra fiber. Enjoy!
