Berry Medley Smoothie

This smoothie has a nice mix of berries and is very refreshing.


2 cups Skim milk
1 Banana; sliced
1/3 pound Frozen blueberries
1/3 pound Frozen strawberries
1/3 pound Frozen raspberries
1 Fresh strawberry

Original recipe makes 2



Pour the milk, sliced banana and frozen berries into a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

I make mine with coconut water!! I also add shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves... Delish!!!

Lovely! This was smooth, cool and nutritious. I added 2 tsp of ground flax seeds for some extra fiber. Enjoy!

This is really nice, although I did sieve mine cause there were too much seeds. And if you add a little raspberry syrup is bliss!
