This smoothie has a nice mix of berries and is very refreshing.
Pour the milk, sliced banana and frozen berries into a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired.

Andr3aBr0wn 4y agoLovely! This was smooth, cool and nutritious. I added 2 tsp of ground flax seeds for some extra fiber. Enjoy!

AmyshamblesX 4y agoThis is really nice, although I did sieve mine cause there were too much seeds. And if you add a little raspberry syrup is bliss!
