In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water; blend in yogurt. Beat yogurt mixture into cream cheese, then beat in confectioners' sugar. Fold 1 cup whipped topping into mixture.
Place preserves and brandy in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until preserves are melted, stirring to blend.
To assemble dessert:
Remove ladyfingers and split but do not take them apart. Line sides and bottom of 9 1/2- or 10-inch springform pan with half of the ladyfingers. Spread 1/3 of the melted preserves over ladyfingers. Place half of the cream cheese mixture over preserves. Continue alternating layers of those three ingredients. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Before
serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
