Ready in 10 minutes
This is a broccoli salad with raisins and sunflower seeds, along with red onion, peas, and a sweet-sour mayonnaise dressing.
Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and peas in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving.
karenkinm 3y agoI've been craving broccoli salad after seeing it on a salad bar. This recipe did not dissapoint. I've never seen a recipe with peas before, but the peas were a welcome addition. A helpful hint, a half cup of crumbled bacon is 8 center cut slices.
