Great tasting Chili, with old fashion flavor!
In a 4 qt. Dutch Oven, brown together onion and garlic with the ground Chuck.
Microwave the Bloemer''s Chili Base about 45 sec. Add to the ground Chuck mixture.
Continue adding tomatoes and beans.
Add the bulllion cubes last.
Allow to slow cook 1 -2 hours
Serve with condiments of chopped onion, shredded cheese, black olive pieces and taco chip pieces. Let diners add their own favorite flavors.
With fresh onion, use a little oil and soften. Brown & Drain the ground Chuck, while softening the Bloemer's Chili Base in the mircowave(about 45 secs.). Add base to drained ground Chuck in your Dutch oven or soup pot.
Add in the beans & tomatoes. If chili appears to be too thin. Use an extra can of diced tomatoes, but puree them first.
Let Chili begin to bubble then turn down below Medium heat on high simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
