This is my grandma's meatloaf recipe, it is tangy and delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 deg, in a large bowl mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, 4 oz of tomato sauce, onion, salt and pepper until well combined. In a 9x13 pan form meat into a square shape leaving 1" around all the edges. In a bowl mix the other 4 oz of tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water. Pour the mixture over the meat and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
