Ready in 15 minutes
This stuff is so good my little girl picked it for snack over candy. Another tip when Im pressed for time I put the slaw mix in a 1 gallon ziplock slider bag , toss in all the ingredients , toss it around to combine and place it in the fridge works just as well and without the mess.
1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw and onion.
2. Put aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed,mayonnaise,whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice, using a whisk.
4. Pour over the coleslaw mix, stir gently to mix.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Comments: This coleslaw is easy to make and tastes great. My husband thoughtis was from KFC - only better! Give it a try. It's good with most meats, butI really like it on corned beef or hamburgers.
Amgreen 5y agoI've never been a big coleslaw person, but I think this dressing is changing my mind!! According to my personal tastes I cut down the Splenda and boosted the vinegar, substituted low-fat sour cream and a bit of skim milk for the cream, and added a touch of deli mustard. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

BrownieChef 6y agoAgree with earlier suggestions to cut back on amount of Splenda. I used 1/4 cup and it was still too sweet fo rmy liking. Added more vinegar and lemon to cut back on the swettness and it turned out great.
Andrrrea 7y agoI have made this 2x in 4 days. Delicious. You can modify the Splenda, according to your tastes and the phase of your low carb diet.
tnchic 7y agoI would use a lot less Splenda. I like the salt and celery seed to be more dominant.
