"Excellent recipe. I followed it exactly. I felt like adding more water but didn't. It came out great! I made a pumpkin and strawberry pie. I may use less sugar next time since the pie is already so sweet."- chrisad
Mix flour, sugar, and salt together.
Cut butter into small pieces.
Using a pastry cutter blend butter into flour mixture until it looks like small peas.
Sprinkle water into mixture then toss with a fork until it forms into a ball.
Roll out and place in pie pan.

Travieso 8 months agoQuick classic crust is what I got. Edges didn't burn after 50 min at 350 F.
