Preheat oven to 425, if convection 400
Wisk the dry then wet ingredients together. Start by adding the eggs then gradually add the milk while continuing to whisk.
Coat the popover pans with butter, oil or spray then heat them in the oven for 2 minutes, remove and add the batter.
Batter is thin and will pour easily. Fill only half way.
Oven bake 30 minutes, convection 25 minutes. Serve hot. If you must prepare in advance of your meal they may be kept up to 1 day in a container and warmed before serving.
