Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the melted butter, milk and lightly beaten egg. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine, taking care not to overmix. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

NewBaker34 4y agoKids loved them and so do I!! Very moist, I used frozen organic blueberries and sugar instead of splenda!!
BigCook73 5y agoI didn't have white chocolate chips, but did have some candied lemon peel which I added creating a blueberry lemon muffin. I made the mistake if using half wheat flour - trying to be healthier people!- and did not care for the texture. If I had a re-do I would also use granulated sugar.

appleb0tt0mboo 6y agoExcellent! I used 1 cup of sugar instead of 1/2 a cup splenda. The white choc chips are a great plus!!!
John-In-NH 8y agoI substituted sugar for splenda, did not include chocolate chips, muffins came out perfect a golden brown, did not fall apart like some muffings do, I used fresh blueberries which added to the flavor, great recipe.
