Grandma Betty's recipe
Flour and brown chicken; or grill.
Pour pineapple into a 2 cup measuring cup. Add water to make 2 cups. IN a medium bowl combine sugar, cornstarch and ginger (mix these very well>) In medium pan stir in pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and bullion cubes. Slowly stir in the dry mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2minutes or until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350. Put pineapple and sliced pepper on top and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with rice
