the key for the success of this reciepe is to slice the okra as thin as possible..and to fry at an optimum temperature so that it gets crisps but doesnt burn
its a delicios reciepe..
to start with slice the okra very thinly across the length.
heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan to near smoking temperature.
sprinkle half of the chaat masala , little salt and red chilli powder over the sliced okra and mix lightly.
sprinkle the gram flour so that the okra gets thoroughly covered with it, donot add any water.
now drop the okra litle at a time into the hot oil and deep fry until it is light brown and crisp.
dry it onto a kitchen paper.
sprinkle the rest of the chaat masala and chopped corainder and serve hot
