very tasty and tender chicken a taste that u wont find anywere eles!
1can 355ml of lucky lager,1tbls of seasoning salt,1tbls of cajun spice half of red onion chopped up to your likeing and 2 or more chicken thigh's add all to a bowl to marinade for 24hours! bake for 40-50min on a tempature of 375fh........for your potatos its up too u you can peel if wanted or leave skin on maranate them in the same sauce u did with ur chicken for around half hour u can oven bake them or bbq serve with garlic toast or rice...mhmmm yummy this is my own bigboi beer chicken recipe hope u like it !!
