480 ounces Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries
3 gallons Vanilla Ice Cream
4 quarts Heavy cream
5 gallons Half-and-half cream
500 milliliters Cherry brandy
2.2 pounds Black Cherry Puree
100 milliliter Sherry Vinegar

Original recipe makes 150 Servings



Combine all ingredients together and blend with a stick blender; Finish with sherry vinegar; Chill.

Serve in chilled soup cups and garnish with whipped cream, a cherry and mint leaves.
