Rosemary's Biscotti
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix sugar, butter, flavoring, liquor and vanilla until blended.
Add 1 cup of flour, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp baking powder - blend.
Repeat until all flour, eggs and baking powder are blended.
Mix until dough texture is consistent and mildly firm.
Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
Form each piece of dough into rectangle loaves 1 inch high by 2 inches wide by however long.
Place 2 loaves on a greased cookie pan.
Bake on middle shelf of oven for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut loaves making cookies 1 inch wide.
Place cookies on the cookie pan on their sides and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
