Pour off fat and out back on fire. Add milk, heat gently until nearly boiling. Mix corn starch with water, when milk/sausage is hot, blend in. Mix well. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Biscuits: Buy Bisquick and follow recipe for Drop Biscuits.
