Preheat oven to 450°. Grease iron skillet. Shift flour into a large bowl and add oil until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir with fork until soft dough forms and mixture begins to pull away from the sides of bowl.
On lightly floured surface, knead dough just until smooth. Make into balls and mash into the iron skillet. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
