Biscuits - incredibly moist and buttery. Uses only 4 ingredients.
Mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-up. Dough will be very soft - don't worry. Knead and fold dough until well mixed. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a rounded biscuit/cookie cutter.
Melt butter in the bottom of a rimmed cookie sheet or a 9x13 pan. Place biscuits on top of the butter and bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown
Note - I made these on 3/5/15, using 1/3 of the recipe. I didn't roll out the dough but spooned it onto the melted butter in a 9 inch round casserole dish. This made 5 incredibly moist biscuits, maybe not too tall but at least 1 inch high. No complaints from either of us.
