A tasty different twist on pizza. The best way to describe it would be a deep dish pizza casserole. You can add your favorite toppings to it but I'm just going to put the recipe for a simply pepperoni version.
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a 13*9 ( 3 quart ) glass baking dish with with cooking spray.
Mix bis quick and water I'm a medium bowl until soft dough forms.
Drop half of the dough into bottom of dish by spoon full. ( dough will not completely cover the whole bottom )
Drizzle about one cup of pizza sauce over the dough.
Arrange half of pepperonis along the first layer.
Sprinkle one cup of cheese over the dish.
Repeat for another layer with the dough, pepperoni, sauce, and cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until dough is golden brown.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
