Very colorful, and mild salsa for dipping. Everyone loves it!
Stewbee5240 5y agoI've taken this recipe and altered it a bit for my family. Here are some of the changes that I made: Instead of green onions, I used a red onion. You could use the White Spanish onion which is even milder in flavor. I added 1 tsp. of Cumin; Kosher Salt, to taste. 1-2 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped. The more seeds you leave, the hotter it gets...so keep that in mind. I omitted the red wine vinegar, olive oil and lemon but added a bit more lime. Lastly, I added Fresh Cilantro. Now you have two different versions of the same recipe! ( All the colors make it an outstanding appetizer for guests. )
