Brown stew beef in bacon grease with onion and green pepper. Combine all ingredients except cheese and cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW.
Sprinkle cheese over individual servings.
This is very flavorful, but can be a bit salty so if you're salt sensitive you might want to reduce the salt or boullion cubes. Excellent served over rice.
