Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Sprinkle beef cubes with salt and pepper. Saute until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer meat to bowl.
Add onion and garlic to same pot. Reduce heat to medium and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and saute until cooked thruogh and almost all liquid has evaporated, about 15 minutes. Mix in chili powder, paprika, jalapeno, cumin, and coriander. Add wine and simmer until alomost all liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally; about 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, beef broth, tomato sauce, hot chili sauce, and tomato paste; bring to boil. Return beef cubes to pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered until beef cubes are tender and sauce thickens, about 45 minutes. Stir in black beans and cook until heated through, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
