In 4 cup glass measure, combine honey and oil. Set aside. Combine oatmeal, flour, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, milk, nuts and cinnamon in 3 quart microproof casserole. Add honey mixture and stir until well mixed. Cook on high in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring once. Cool. Store in airtight container.
