Black Bean Hummus

Ready in 15 hours

Serve with Veggies...yum!


1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro; chopped/divided
2 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
15 ounce Black beans; drained and rinsed
1 clove Garlic
1/2 small Jalapeno peppers

Original recipe makes 12 Servings



Reserve 1/4 cup Cilantro. Process rest until smooth. Chill.
