RICE:
1. Put it all together, Heat over stove and serve warm.
PATTIES:
1. Put 1/2 to 1 cup bean, egg, garlic, cumin and salt in food processor. Process until well combined but not too mushy.
2 combine remaining beans, cheese, onion in bowl. Mush with fork. Add puréed beans and combine.
3. Make into 4 patties. Drudge through cornmeal.
4. Fry and cook until rated through. Serve with sour cream.
