Rub seasoning over both sides of fish. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook until fish is browned and flakes easily with fork, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Sprinkle parsley over top. Serve with quinoa. Makes 4 servings. (Can cook under broiler instead of in oil if desired).
