Delicious departure from the standard burger - the bleu cheese adds a great touch!

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 pounds Ground sirloin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper; Fresh ground
1 oz Cream cheese
1 oz blue cheese; Crumbled
1/4 cup Yellow onion; minced
1 oz Prepared horseradish
6 large Hamburger buns; plain
3 tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 c Ketchup

Servings  

Preparation

Combine ground sirloin, salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 12 thin patties.

Cream together cream cheese, bleu cheese, yellow onion and horseradish. Top six of the patties evenly with the bleu cheese mixture. Top with the remaining sirloin patties and crimp the edges to seal. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Grill to desired doneness over medium heat. Serve on buns lightly toasted on the grill, with mustard, mayo, ketchup, as condiments and sliced tomatoes, lettuce, sliced dill pickles and sliced onions on the side.
