Ready in 45 minutes
Delicious departure from the standard burger - the bleu cheese adds a great touch!
Combine ground sirloin, salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 12 thin patties.
Cream together cream cheese, bleu cheese, yellow onion and horseradish. Top six of the patties evenly with the bleu cheese mixture. Top with the remaining sirloin patties and crimp the edges to seal. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
Grill to desired doneness over medium heat. Serve on buns lightly toasted on the grill, with mustard, mayo, ketchup, as condiments and sliced tomatoes, lettuce, sliced dill pickles and sliced onions on the side.

cricket85 3y agoVery tasty. I didn't make the stuffed burger, it is simply too much of a portion for me, but I sure kept the blue cheese part and just put it on top at the end of making the burger. Horseradish adds a nice flavor to the blue cheese.
