Add boiling water to bleu olive Jamaican Jerk Spice until it is the texture of wet sand. For 2 servings, use 1/2 package. Use the whole package for 4 to 6 servings.
Add fresh lime juice and rum. Let the mixture cool and it will reconstitute into a wet paste.
Rub paste onto both sides of chicken, beef, pork, fish or vegetables & marinate for a few hours, or overnight for intense Caribbean flavors. Grill or bake based on cook times for the appropriate meat and/or vegetable.
