Ready in 45 minutes
Very flavorful dip from Williams-Sonoma cookbook.
Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature. Reserve 1 tablespoon of blue cheese. Mix remaining blue cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, and garlic thouroughly. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle remaining blue cheese on top and garnish with addition lemon zest. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the flavors to marry. Serve at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.

catgurrl 10y agoGreat recipe for blue cheese dip! Tangy and delicious... the blue cheese "melds" perfectly with all of the other ingredients.
