1 cup Blue cheese; crumbled
1 cup Sour cream
1/4 pound Cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest; grated
1 tablespoon Lemon juice; (fresh)
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Original recipe makes 8



Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature. Reserve 1 tablespoon of blue cheese. Mix remaining blue cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, and garlic thouroughly. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle remaining blue cheese on top and garnish with addition lemon zest. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the flavors to marry. Serve at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.

This is super good! I made it for an appetizer to Easter Dinner. It would make a great party dip.
