Cream together first 3 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar (& nutmeg, optional). Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack before slicing.
