Grease a 9x9x2 pan, or use a round pan 9x1x1/2. Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and egg. Beat for 30 seconds with mixer. Carefully stir in blueberries. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with combined crumb topping. Bake 45-50 minutes until golden. Serve with whipped cream.
