PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. POUR MELTED BUTTER INTO A 13 x 9 BAKING DISH.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cardamom. Add milk, whisking until smooth. Pour over melted butter. Top evenly with blueberries. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
