Sift together the crepe ingredients
in a medium sized bowl Until smooth
Filling
Mix together in bowl with mixer on medium
Topping
Cut blueberries in half and mix in the sugar. Microwave on high for 20 seconds
Cook crepe over low heat in greased pan on one side only. While still in pan, add filling to one side and fold over. Remove from heat, add topping and serve
