Fresh berry crunch that provides a light fruit season delight!
"I used a can of blueberry pie filling, since I didn't have any fresh berries, so not sure about any difference in taste. I also added a tablespoon of cool whip to top of individual servings. It was easy to make, rich and delicious. I would definitely make again."
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in a lightly buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with cake mix, then blueberries and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and top with pecans. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Nice blend of summer flavors! One caution: This is unexplainably rich!!! Try small servings at first. Excellent dish, though.

LindaMcwha 3y agoI made this using individual ramekins and it worked out great. Perfect for small families. I will use the balance of cake mix as a topping for fruit crumble.
tondimerrillhall 3y agoOMG that was fantastic! After having tasted this dessert fixed by the poster himself, we will be making this ourselves!
Jtwizz 3y agoI made this tonight and everyone loved it! I added less sugar, I only added 1/4 c and also I cooked mine for a few extra minuets. My family all thought it was terrific! This is a keeper!

Rawnel 4y agoNo you don't prepare the cake mix just sprinkle as stated!
Newanseasyideas 4y agoI Dont get the part where it says 'sprinkle the cake mix' are we supposed to make a batter or just sprinkle the powder cake? Thanks
Rawnel 4y agoAwesome recipe! I use canned peaches instead of pineapple and everyone loves it!
JessiLove 4y agoI have a question.. I absulotly hate pineapple, can you taste it?? If you can, is there any thing else I can replace it with??
NashvilleJoe 4y agoJessiLove, I personally don't think the pineapple is intrusive and the texture and the moisture is necessary to make it work. If you try something else, post a review and let us know how it worked. You just MAY invent a new dish!!
