Top-ranked recipe named "Blueberry Crunch"
Fresh berry crunch that provides a light fruit season delight!
"I used a can of blueberry pie filling, since I didn't have any fresh berries, so not sure about any difference in taste. I also added a tablespoon of cool whip to top of individual servings. It was easy to make, rich and delicious. I would definitely make again."- webtexan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in a lightly buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with cake mix, then blueberries and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and top with pecans. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Nice blend of summer flavors! One caution: This is unexplainably rich!!! Try small servings at first. Excellent dish, though.

LindaMcwha 2 years agoI made this using individual ramekins and it worked out great. Perfect for small families. I will use the balance of cake mix as a topping for fruit crumble.

Jtwizz 2 years agoI made this tonight and everyone loved it! I added less sugar, I only added 1/4 c and also I cooked mine for a few extra minuets. My family all thought it was terrific! This is a keeper!

JessiLove 3 years agoI have a question.. I absulotly hate pineapple, can you taste it?? If you can, is there any thing else I can replace it with??
NashvilleJoe 3 years agoJessiLove, I personally don't think the pineapple is intrusive and the texture and the moisture is necessary to make it work. If you try something else, post a review and let us know how it worked. You just MAY invent a new dish!!
