Ingredients

1 C blueberries
1 1/4 C flour
1 1/3 C regular oatmeal
1/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 C buttermilk
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
3 TBL vegetable oil

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

Toss blueberries with flour. Add oatmeal, brown sugar, soda and salt. Blend in the buttermilk, eggs and oil, and then add blueberries last. Griddle at 350 degrees; 1/4 C at a time

Tasty, but it was a bit runny so pancakes were not nicely shaped. Will make again and cut the liquid some.
