Prepare cookie doughs according to directions. Refrigerate and set aside.
Using egg molds on an ungreased cookie sheet: press one tablespoon of Graham Cracker Cookie Dough into bottom of mold; spread one tablespoon of jam on top of dough; flatten one tablespoon of Chewy Sugar Cookie Dough into a disk and press lightly on top of jam layer. Top with sprinkle of sugar.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until top is just starting to turn golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes, then cool on rack. You may need to run a knife along edge of mold to release cookies.
