Suggest a better descriptionpre heat oven to 375 degrees, grease an 9x9 inch pyrex pan rinse blueberries from mix with cold water and drain combine dry muffin mix, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and egg in bowl. stir until ingredients are moistened. spread HALF of batter into pan combine blueberries and preserves in small bowl. spread blueberry mixture on top of batter. spread remaining batter over blueberry layer. bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown combine confectioners sugar and water in small bowl, stir until smooth. drizzle over hot coffee cake Recipe No.: 109
